Participation fees are payable directly to the Service Provider upon completion of repair or replacement. All applicable taxes apply.

Claims Process

## How to File a Repair Request

Follow these four steps to get your device repaired or replaced quickly.

### Submit Claim Form

Click "File a Claim" and complete the repair request. Select damage type \(accidental or liquid\), upload 4 photos and purchase invoice.

### Wait for Approval

Wait for the "Approved for Evaluation" confirmation via email or SMS before arranging pick-up with our authorized courier.

03

### Evaluation & Quotation

An authorized technician assesses your device and provides a formal quotation including the participation fee. Confirm via SMS to proceed.

04

### Pay & Collect

Settle the participation fee via the payment link. Your repaired or replaced device is returned to you via our authorized courier.

Devices must be brand-new, original, and purchased through authorized channels. Addition of new brands requires written approval from the Service Provider.

Terms & Conditions

## What's Not Covered

The following are excluded from cover. Please review carefully before filing a claim.

Mechanical or electrical breakdown 

Altered, defaced, or duplicated serial numbers or IMEI 

Repair or modification by unauthorized parties 

Third-party or non-original parts installation 

Wear and tear to cables, battery, buttons, or speakers 

Damage to bundled accessories \(e.g. earphones\) 

Improper usage or wrong electrical supply / power surge 

Short circuiting, arcing, or electrical self-damage 

Cosmetic damage — housing, casing, decorative parts 

Extreme sports use \(skateboarding, climbing, bungee, etc.\) 

Loss or theft of the device 

Fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse 

Rust, mould, discoloration, or cosmetic defects 

Fire, theft, burglary, neglect, or misuse 

Acts of God — flood, lightning, earthquake, storm, etc. 

War, riots, or civil unrest 

Legal seizure or confiscation by authorities 

Computer viruses or software defects 

Loss of software, apps, or data 

Manufacturer defects inherent in the device 

Liquid exposure, moisture, or corrosion damage 

Devices not approved by the Service Provider
